This page explains how to reach us when something goes wrong in the Ortak Bütçe app or when you have a question, and which situations you can resolve on your own.
Send support requests to support@dualyxlabs.com. You can write in Turkish or English.
We answer messages on weekdays during business hours. We confirm that we received your request within three business days at the latest; matters that need investigation can take longer, and we keep you informed while they do.
To help us resolve a problem faster, include:
before you send it.
Never send us your password, verification code, or card details. Our support team will never ask for them.
I cannot sign in. If you sign in with email, check your inbox and your spam folder. If you sign in with a phone number, the code needs an active network connection to arrive. Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to reset your password.
Someone I invited to a shared ledger cannot see the invitation. Invitations go to the email address on that person's account. Make sure they are signed in with the same address.
Receipt scanning does not work. Receipt scanning needs the receipt processing approval together with camera or photo access. You can check both in the privacy center inside the app and request the device permissions again from there.
A subscription I bought does not appear in the app. Subscriptions are processed by the app store, and it can take a short while for the store to inform us. If it still does not appear after you close and reopen the app, write to us.
I cannot save a report or data archive. Your device's folder picker opens while saving. If you dismissed it, no file is written; try again and choose a destination folder.
To get a copy of your data, create a data archive from the profile screen in the app. You can withdraw the approvals you gave at any time from the privacy center.
If you want to delete your account, see the account deletion page, which explains what happens and how. How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Notice.
When an outage affects a large part of the app, we post a notice inside the app. Support requests you send during an outage are queued and answered once service returns to normal.
