These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ortak Bütçe app. By using the app you accept the conditions described here.
You must be 18 or older to open an account. You are responsible for keeping the name, email, and contact details you provide accurate and up to date.
Keeping your sign-in credentials confidential is your responsibility. Tell us without delay if you notice unauthorized access to your account.
You can create personal or shared ledgers and invite other users to them. When you invite someone to a shared ledger, the transactions, accounts, and categories in that ledger are shared with the people you invite.
The ledger owner sets member roles and can end memberships. A member removed from a ledger loses access to that ledger's data.
The app has free and paid (Pro) plans. Paid plans are sold as renewing subscriptions through the app store, and billing, cancellation, and refund terms follow that store's rules.
Some features consume credits. Purchased credits are assigned to the account that bought them; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Cancelling your subscription does not restore credits already spent.
Prices and credit costs may change. You are informed in the app before any change takes effect.
The transaction records you enter belong to you. We process this content only to provide the service, store it, and carry out the operations you request.
Receipt reading runs entirely on your phone: the image you pick is never uploaded to us, the text is read on the device, and the extracted values are offered to you as a draft. Checking their accuracy is up to you.
You may not use the app in violation of applicable law, in ways that infringe the rights of others, or with methods that disrupt the operation of the service.
Reverse engineering the app, sending excessive automated requests, and attempting to bypass security measures are prohibited.
We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption, but temporary outages can occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.
We may improve, change, or remove features. If removing a feature is a material change for you, we notify you in the app.
The app is a budget tracking tool; it is not financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not responsible for the outcome of decisions you make based on the data in the app.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
You can delete your account from within the app at any time. On a deletion request your data is deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.
If you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or close your account. Where possible, we inform you in advance.
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you in the app and ask you to accept the updated text before continuing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. You can reach us with questions and requests through the support link in the app.
